Abdesselam Mejlaoui

Abdesselam Mejlaoui holds a degree in computer engineering, as well as a Master's degree in business administration, with a major in international business. With a rich and varied career, he has accumulated over 40 years of professional experience, both in Morocco and worldwide.
Between 1983 and 2001, Mr Mejlaoui worked as an analytical engineer and project manager in various sectors, both public and private, in Morocco. His technical expertise and ability to manage complex projects enabled him to distinguish himself in his field.
In 2001, he decided to pursue his career and life project in Canada, where he widened his skills in the financial sector and ventured into entrepreneurship. This new phase of his professional life enabled him to acquire a global vision of business and strengthen his management skills.
After retiring in Canada, Mr. Mejlaoui felt the need to give back to the community. In 2019, he joined volunteer cooperation, sharing his expertise and knowledge with partners in Cameroon. Between 2021 and 2022, he worked as an expert in entrepreneurship and project management in training for young people in IT, contributing to the development of skills and empowerment of young people in this country, particularly young girls in vulnerable situations.
Abdesselam Mejlaoui joined the IBCR cooperation program in January 2024.
